Sofia Sjoborg is 20 years old and the equestrian lifestyle is all she’s ever known – she truly believes that eventing is so much more than just a sport, but a way of life.
Originally UK based, she currently lives in Germany and has been training with Michi Jung since 2016. Together with Team Jung and her mother, Juliet, Sofia travels Europe competing at International events with their beloved horses that they breed, train, compete and nurture. For Sofia, eventing really is a family affair and as a result her insight into the sport is relatable, honest and unique.
Her Swedish heritage allows her to compete for the national Swedish team and she is in the A squad. She attended the Junior and Young Rider European Eventing Championships since 2015 and this year she is beginning to compete at CIC3*.
She currently owns 9 horses:

Sofia & Juliet Sjoborg
Sofia is currently training in Germany, working closely with former world number one, Michi Jung.
Sofia’s mum, Juliet, loves all things equestrian. The mother and daughter duo travel all across Europe together for Sofia’s competitions.
